Cleanliness Drive held at Multani Mal Modi College by NCC Wing

An cleanliness drive was organized by NCC wing of the Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala in collaboration with NCC Punjab Battalion 5, Patiala under the able guidance of college principal Dr. Khushvinder Kumar. This was aimed at beautification of the campus and to make the campus clean and plastic free.
College Principal Dr.Khushvinder Kumar appreciated the timely efforts of the cadets and assured support in this drive.
NCC Officer, Lt Dr. Rohit Sachdeva told that In this Drive 20 Cadets took part and cleaned the college campus. The incessant rain compelled the cadets to intensify their efforts to clean the drainage pipes and the areas with probability of water logging.
The statue in the BCA ground of the college was also properly cleaned. The cadets also took an oath to keep their home and surroundings clean.

ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ ਵਿੰਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਟਾਲੀਅਨ 5, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਸਫਾਈ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਸਫਲਤਾ-ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸਪੰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਖੁਸ਼ਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਲਾਏ ਇਸ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕੈੰਪਸ ਦੀ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ-ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਤੇ ਸਾਫ-ਸੁਥਰੀ ਦਿੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਸੀ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਖੁਸ਼ਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਉੱਦਮ ਲਈ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਲਜ ਹਰ ਤਰਾਂ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਮਦੱਦ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਐੱਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ ਵਿੰਗ (ਲ਼ੜਕੇ) ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਡਾ.ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸਚਦੇਵਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ 20 ਕੈਂਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੈਂ ਰਹੇ ਮੀਹ ਕਾਰਣ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਾਈਪਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਖੜਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਈ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਿਆ।ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੀ.ਸੀ.ਏ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਬੁੱਤ ਦੀ ਸਾਫ-ਸਫਾਈ ਵੱਲ ਉਚੇਚਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਪਤੀ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੈਂਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਘਰ ਤੇ ਆਲਾ-ਦੁਆਲਾ ਸਦਾ ਸਾਫ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਹ ਵੀ ਚੁੱਕੀ।
