Minutes of the meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala held on August 3, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

A meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala was held on Feburary 2, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. in the college Conference Room. The following member attended the meeting:

Dr. Khushvinder Kumar convened the meeting, and the following agenda items were taken for discussion:

1. To read and confirm the minutes of previous meeting: The minutes of previous meeting held on Aug 3, 2021, were read with a formal discussion with all IQAC members and these minutes of the meeting were approved by the IQAC members.
2. Status of AQAR Report (2019-20): Progress Report by Co-ordinators of various criterion were sought and discussed thereafter following decisions were taken.

1. Dr. Kuldeep will update the review of research articles in Google Shee
2. Dr. Neeraj will convene meeting to discuss admission of outside students in certificate courses and promoting innovative cell in Department of Management and Computer Science in particular.
3. It was decided that Research Progress Report of various department will be submitted in Google Sheet to be prepared by Dr. Sanjay.
4. Report of AQAR from June 2019 to Dec. 2020 to be filled within 15 days.
5. All faculty members will update their CV up to Dec. 2021 by 04.02.2022.
6. It was decided to hold another meeting of IQAC after 7 days i.e. 09.02.2022 to review the progress.

Mrs. Shailendra Sidhu, IQAC Coordinator, proposed the vote of thanks to all IQAC members and meeting ended with vote of thanks to the Chair.

Co-ordinator, IQAC
