Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Manufacturers / Authorized Channel Partners / System Integrators of *TATA Power Solar Systems* for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of *100 KWP On-Grid Rooftop Solar PV Power Plant* on Turnkey EPC basis at Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala.
*1. BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK:*

5 AC Cable Reputed Brand, Aluminium Armoured Cable as per load requirement
6 ACDB & DCDB Panel 1 Set Each, with SPDs, Fuses, MCB/MCCB (TATA Make / Standard)
7 Earthing System 6 sq.mm Copper Earthing Wire (Reputed Brand) with 3 Mtr. Copper Bonded Earthing Rods (10 Feet) – 4-6 Sets
8 Lightning Arrestor 2 Mtr. Height, 2 Nos. with 400 Mtr. Protection Range, with base & allied earthing
*2. ELIGIBILITY & TERMS:*
a) The bidder must be an Authorized Partner/Dealer of TATA Solar.
b) Rates should be quoted on FOR Destination basis at M.M. Modi College, Patiala, inclusive of all charges i.e. Supply, Installation, Structure Fabrication, Wiring, Earthing, Lightning Protection.
c) Liasoning work for Net-Metering with PSPCL will be in the scope of the vendor. All statutory fees to PSPCL will be paid by VENDOR
d) GST shall be mentioned separately.
e) Warranty: 25 Years performance warranty for PV Modules, Minimum 7 Years for Inverter and 5 Years for Structure and complete system.
f) Completion Period: Within 30 days from the date of Work Order.
*3. SUBMISSION OF TENDER:*
The tender should be submitted in two sealed envelopes:
*Envelope-A: Technical Bid* containing authorization, company profile, work experience, technical compliance.
*Envelope-B: Financial Bid* containing price bid.
Both envelopes should be put in a single large envelope super-scribed as *”TENDER FOR 100 KWP ON-GRID ROOFTOP SOLAR PLANT”* and should reach the Office of the Principal, Multani Mal Modi College, Near Sunami Gate, Lower Mall, Patiala – 147001 on or before *10/08/2026 upto 03:00 PM*.
The Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
The College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
