Placement Drive by ICICI Bank at Modi College

 

The Placement Cell of Multani Mal Modi College organized a placement drive for college students in the banking sector today. Around 120 students attended the sessions conducted by ICICI Bank.

They appeared for a written test and an aptitude test. During this placement drive, 40 students were shortlisted for jobs. The selection panel was headed by Counsellor Mr. Ajeet Singh and Mr. Lovepreet Kumar.

College Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal welcomed the Human Resource team upon their arrival on campus and congratulated the shortlisted students. He stated that our college is committed to providing quality education and skill-based learning, which ensures successful careers and fulfilling lives for our students. He also mentioned that the college will organize several such placement drives in the coming days to provide students with opportunities for selection in top industries.

Placement Officer Prof. Parminder Kaur introduced the students to the Human Resource team leaders and encouraged them to give their best in the interviews. Dr. Harleen Kaur, Dr. Gaurav Gupta, and Dr. Chetna Sharma supervised the process and ensured the smooth functioning of the drive. Dr. Harleen Kaur delivered the vote of thanks.

ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਸੈੱਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਬੈਂਕਿੰਗ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਇੱਕ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਆਈ.ਸੀ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ.ਆਈ. ਬੈਂਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 120 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ।

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਐਪਟੀਟਿਊਡ ਟੈੱਸਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਦੌਰਾਨ, 40 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਲਈ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਚੋਣ ਪੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਲਵਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ‘ਤੇ ਐੱਚ.ਆਰ. ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ-ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਨਰ-ਆਧਾਰਿਤ (ਸਕਿੱਲ ਬੇਸਡ) ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੱਧ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਫਲ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਜੀਵਨ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਗਾਮੀ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਲਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਰਾਈਵਸ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲੇ।

ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਐੱਚ.ਆਰ. ਟੀਮ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਨਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਡਾ. ਹਰਲੀਨ ਕੌਰ, ਡਾ. ਗੌਰਵ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਚੇਤਨਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਦੇ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਡਾ. ਹਰਲੀਨ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ।
