NCC Cadets of Modi College orchestrated a Traffic Awareness Rally

On December 17, 2024, Multani Mal Modi College in Patiala, under the aegis of the NCC Army Wing 5 PB BN NCC and 4 PB GIRLS BN NCC Unit, orchestrated a Traffic Awareness Rally within the college grounds to advocate for road safety and promote conscientious driving. The event was spearheaded by Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal, Associate NCC Officer (ANO) Lieutenant Dr. Rohit Sachdeva, along with the NCC cadets. Dr. Neeraj Goyal highlighted the vital significance of adhering to traffic regulations and road safety, urging students to serve as paragons for the community. Lieutenant Dr. Rohit Sachdeva inspired the cadets to zealously disseminate awareness about prudent driving practices. The cadets fervently paraded through the campus, chanting slogans such as “Vahan dheema chalayen, apna keemti jeevan bachayen” and “Safar mein kitni bhi doori, helmet pehna hai zaroori,” while brandishing banners and placards advocating for road safety. The event was triumphant in instilling awareness among students, encouraging them to prioritize safe and responsible road conduct. All requisite arrangements for this event were meticulously orchestrated by the ANO.
