The students and faculty of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala, in collaboration with NSS, NCC, and BSG units of the college held a candle march to condemn the recent attack in Pahalgam, seeking justice for the victims and their families. The march started from the college campus and engaged with the public for bringing awareness against terrorism as a threat and conflict for national security and social fabric of India.
The candle march against the Pahalgam attack was organized with the collective effort of faculty members of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala, comprising, Dr. Rohit Sachdeva, Dr. Sumeet Kumar, Dr. Nidhi Gupta (NCC); Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, Dr. Deepak Kumar; and Dr. Veenu Jain, Dr. Rupinder Singh Dhillon, Prof. Jasbir Kaur, Dr. Ajit Kumar, Dr. Nishan Singh, Dr. Varun Jain, Dr. Sukhdev Singh, Dr. Gagandeep Kaur, Dr. Davinder Singh, Dr. Manish Kumar, Dr. Heena Sachdeva, Dr. Parminder Singh, Sh. Ajay Kumar Gupta and Sh. Dharamvir Joshi who are united in their pursuit of justice, peace, and solidarity with the victims and their families. The candle march was a peaceful demonstration of our commitment to justice, peace, and humanity.
