Students of Modi College Participated in the Premier Lifestyle fashion Event at Dehradun

Thirteen students of Department of Fashion Technology, Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala participated as Back stage partner in collaboration with renowned Fashion Designer Vipin under guidance of Dr. Veenu Jain, Head of Department of Fashion Technology and led by Dr. (Flying Officer) Sumeet Kumar, Associate Professor and NCC Officer of Air Wing, Modi college.
College Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal congratulated the students for their participation and said that such platforms are necessary for the budding designers to showcase their talent and creative skills.
Dr. Veenu Jain said that this was a unique opportunity for the fashion designing students to learn the organization and management of a fashion show. The students said that they interacted with many reputed fashion designers in the event and helped them in rearranging and in the display of their valuable collections. The students were also given certificates by the organizers of the event.

ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ 13 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ. ਵੀਨੂ ਜੈਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਲਾਇੰਗ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਡਾ. ਸੁਮੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਐਸੋਸੀਏਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਏਅਰ ਵਿੰਗ, ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰ ਵਿਪਿਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਕ ਸਟੇਜ ਪਾਰਟਨਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਭਰਦੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਹੁਨਰ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਉਣੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ।
ਡਾ. ਵੀਨੂ ਜੈਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਖਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਨੂੰ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਢੰਗ-ਤਰੀਕੇ ਤੇ ਇਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਈਵੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਨਾਮੀ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨਰ ਵਸਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਵਿਵਸਥਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ।ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ।
