Modi college signs MoU with Royal City MUN and conducts a training programme

Modi college has signed an MoU with Royal City MUN to enhance the global preparedness of students.
As its first collaborative event, a hands-on training programme was conducted today for bracing students for the upcoming intra-college MUN-Yuvamanthan. The session was conducted by Mr. Hardik Sharma, Chief Advisor, Royal City MUN. The principal of the college Dr. Neeraj Goyal appreciated the initiatives of Royal City MUN in equipping the present generation with the skills to form a well-informed opinion. The convenor of organising committee and Head of the department of English, Dr. Vaneet Kaur formally welcomed the speaker. Around 60 students actively participated in the programme. Mr. Hardik deliberated on the general structure of MUN, and the duties of delegates. He explained the terms commonly used in UNGC, and AIPPM in an interactive manner. He answered the queries of students in the doubt session with practical examples. Dr. Harleen Kaur, member of organising committee proposed a vote of thanks.
