Objectives of the programme
Finishing school is a-kind opportunity for fresh graduates to get equipped with soft skills as well as technical skills. This course aims to sensitize students with the gamut of skills which facilitate them to enhance their employability quotient and do well in the professional space. A Finishing School Programme is being organized for under graduates or graduates for a training on Technical /Soft Skills for a period of 30 Hours during the session.
The objective of the programme is to inculcate skills such as:
- Employability and Life Skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Public speaking skills
- Presentation skills
- Team work skills
- Communication/ Fluency in English
- Planning and time management skills
- Confidence building
So that they can communicate effectively, take initiative, solve problems and demonstrate a positive personality so that they can adhere to challenging work environment. The courses is intended to enhance the employability of the students. The courses will help to bridge the gap between the skill requirements of the employer or industry and the competency of the students. Following are broad objectives of programme:
Duration of the Programme
Total duration of the course is 30 hours including both theory and practical.
Eligibilty :
All the final year of Graduation and Post-Graduation students and second year students of Graduation classes are eligible to attend the programme.
Fee
The interested candidates may fill the application form, whose link will be available and deposit Rs 100/- as registration fee.
Certificate
Successful students will be awarded certificates issued by the college.
