Multani Mal Modi College Organises Student Development Programme on Class Room to Corporate

Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala today organised a Student Development Programme to help students navigate the rapidly changing demands of the modern workfoite and bridge the gap between academic leaming and corporate expectations. Dr. Bhavna Chhabra, Professor and Associate Dean at ICFAI Business School (IBS), Gurgaon joined as resource person in this programme.
College Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal welcomed the resource person and said, “our constant efforts is to empower students with holistic education and industry-aligned skills in today’s dynamic global landscape, academic excellence must be complemented by adaptability, digital literacy, and and strong professional competencies, Seminars and workshops like this Student Development Programme serve as crucial stepping stones in equipping our graduates to confidently step into the profeccional world and build meaningful, future-ready careers.”
Speaking on the topic, “Career After Graduation: Employability Skills, Dr. Chabre stressed the critical importance of strategic career preparation, Al literac adapting to emerging workplace technologies. She highlighted what top rocnices look for in fresh graduates and encouraged students to foster essential attributes such as adaptability, effective communication, self-confidence, and continuous learning. The session included an interactive questionnaire and an engaging open discussion, giving students practical guidance on aligning their skill sets with industry requirements.
Dr. (Lt) Rohit Sachdeva, the coordinator of the Department said that the seminars and workshops like this make our students ready for the different roles and also fill with them required skills and confidence.
In this programme all faculty members of Business Management Department were present.

ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਕੰਮ-ਕਾਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਲਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂ੍ਰਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਪਾੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ.ਸੀ.ਐਫ..ਏਆਈ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਸਕੂਲ (ਆਈ.ਬੀ.ਐਸ), ਗੁੜਗਾਓਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਟ ਡੀਨ ਡਾ. ਭਾਵਨਾ ਛਾਬੜਾ, ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਪਰਸਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ “ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ: ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਹੁਨਰ” ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ‘ਤੇ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਡਾ. ਛਾਬੜਾ ਨੇ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਤਿਆਰੀ, ਏਆਈ ਸਾਖਰਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉੱਭਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆਂ ਕਿ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਦੇਖਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਸੰਚਾਰ, ਸਵੈ-ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਵਰਗੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਗੁਣ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹਦਿੇ ਹਨ।ਇਹ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਟਰਐਕਟਿਵ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨਾਵਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਹਾਰਕ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲੀ।
ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਡਾ. (ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ) ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸਚਦੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਡਾ. ਸਵਿਤਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਸਾਡੇ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟਾਂ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮ-ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸੀ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
