PTE Academic Test Centre for English Opened at Modi College
A new PTE academic test centre was inaugurated at Multani Mal Modi College today. This centre will offer the PTE Academic Language Proficiency Test for the students who are preparing to apply for further studies at various foreign universities and higher learning institutions. The newly launched centre is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, security measures and will ensure to provide best services for accurate and impartial scoring results.
College Principal Dr. Khushvinder Kumar welcomed the opening of this centre and said that we are happy to have a new PTE Test Centre established at our college. He said that this centre will offer great convenience to the candidates from Patiala and surrounding areas who aspire to study or migrate abroad. English Proficiency test plays a pivotal role in furnishing a pathway to students aspiring to pursue higher education. This centre will increase the reach of PTE and we are committed to delivering a world class experience to our test takers.
Dr. Ganesh Sethi, Test Centre Manager said that PTE academic is accepted by universities and colleges around the world including Harvard Business School, Yale University, USA, University of York, Canada, Insead, Oxford University and London Business school. It is also accepted by Australian and New Zealand universities.

ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਖੇ ਪੀਅਰਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਪੀ.ਟੀ.ਈ ਟੈਸਟ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ
ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਲਈ ਪੀਅਰਸਨ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਪੀ.ਟੀ.ਈ. ਟੈਸਟ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਅਤਿ-ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸੰਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਯੰਤਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਸ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਲਈ ਢੁੱਕਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਸਕੋਰਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏਗਾ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਖੁਸ਼ਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਖੁੱਲਣ ਤੇ ਪੀਅਰਸਨ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਲਈ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਸੈਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਪੀ.ਟੀ.ਈ. ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਲਈ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਉੱਚ-ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਉਠਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਲਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਦਸ ਗੁਣਾ ਵੱਧ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਪੁੰਨਤਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੇਰੇ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ਼ੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਹਿਮੀਅਤ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਰਾਹੀ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਪੀ.ਟੀ.ਈ ਦੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ-ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦਿਆ ਡਾ. ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਸੇਠੀ, ਟੈਸਟ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੀ.ਟੀ.ਈ ਟੈਸਟ ਹਾਰਵਰਡ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਸਕੂਲ, ਯੇਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਆਫ ਯਾਰਕ, ਕੈਨੇਡਾ, ਆਕਸਫੋਰਡ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੇ ਲੰਡਨ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਸਕੂਲ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਨਿਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਤੇ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
