Cadets of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala, participated in the Advance Leadership Camp (ALC) held at Ranibagh (Uttrakhand). The cadets who represented the college were LCPL Chirag Pathak(BSC MATHS HONS ) from 5 Punjab Battalion NCC and Cadet Taranpreet Kaur (BSC NON MED) from 10 Punjab Battalion NCC.


The Advance Leadership Camp aimed to develop leadership qualities, decision-making ability, discipline, and team spirit among the cadets. During the camp, participants underwent rigorous training sessions that included physical fitness drills, group discussions, leadership exercises, and lectures on effective communication and management skills. The cadets also took part in cultural and social awareness activities that helped them build confidence and enhance their overall personality.
The camp provided valuable exposure to the importance of leadership and responsibility in both personal and professional life. It helped the cadets strengthen their self-confidence, adaptability, and ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Their dedication, discipline, and achievements were highly appreciated by the Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) Lt. Dr. Rohit Sachdeva and Lt. Dr. Nidhi Rani Gupta, as well as by the Principal, Dr. Neeraj Goyal, of Multani Mal Modi College, who congratulated the cadets for their sincere efforts and for bringing pride to the institution.
