Radio Mirchi’s Spectacular Radio Jockey Audition Event ‘Mirchi Freshers’ Lights Up Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala

The world-renowned FM radio station ‘Radio Mirchi’ brought a burst of entertainment and talent to Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala with its vibrant Radio Jockey audition event ‘Mirchi Freshers’ and celebration of the magic of music under the guidance of Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal. Radio Mirchi is the first privately owned Radio Broadcasting system in India and one of the most listened popular medium of entertainment, information and education.
The college campus was abuzz with raw energy and enthusiasm as students showcased their diverse skills in singing, playing musical instruments, mimicry, and beat boxing.
The college Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal welcomed event head Shubham Kumar and his team in the college premises. He thanked them for providing the students with this opportunity to showcase their talent by saying that this initiative aligns perfectly with our commitment to fostering creative talents among our students and encouraged everyone to participate and make the most of this wonderful opportunity.
The auditions featured a kaleidoscope of performances that left the audience thoroughly impressed. The singing auditions were a highlight of the event. Students from various disciplines took to the stage, demonstrating their passion and expertise across a wide range of genres and styles.
Vice principal of the college Prof. Jasbir Kaur said that the auditions proved to be a resounding success, celebrating the rich talent pool within the college and setting the stage for future artistic endeavors
The event coordinator Prof. Neena Sareen, Head, Department of Commerce and Dean, Co-Curriculum activities said the event was helpful in bringing out the hidden talents of the students and building their confidence.
The team of Radio Mirchi was dazzled with the remarkable and stunning performances of the Modiites. They selected Lakshay (BCA-First year) and Nikita (BBA- final year), Shubhagani Sharma (BA part 3) for the next level of auditions.
The event was beautifully organised and coordinated by Dr. Rajeev Sharma, the college Placement Officer Prof. Parminder Kaur, Dr. Deepika Singla, Dr. Sukhdev Singh, Dr. Mohammad Habib, Dr. Nishan Singh and Dr. Gaurav Gupta.

ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਐਫ.ਐਮ.ਰੇਡੀਓ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਰੇਡੀਓ ਮਿਰਚੀ’ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ.ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਰੇਡੀਓ ਜੌਕੀ ਆਡੀਸ਼ਨ ਈਵੈਂਟ ‘ਮਿਰਚੀ ਫਰੈਸ਼ਰਜ਼’ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਦੇ ਜਾਦੂ ਦੇ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਦਾ ਜਾਦੂ ਬਿਖੇਰਿਆ। ਰੇਡੀਓ ਮਿਰਚੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਵਾਲੀ ਰੇਡੀਓ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ, ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੁਣੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਾਧਿਅਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੰਗੀਤਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਗੀਤਮਈ ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਸਗੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਗਾਉਣ, ਸੰਗੀਤਕ ਸਾਜ਼ ਵਜਾਉਣ, ਮਿਮਿਕਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਟ ਬਾਕਸਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਮੌਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਈਵੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਸ਼ੁਭਮ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਚ ਪੁੱਜਣ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ‘ਰੇਡੀਓ ਮਿਰਚੀ’ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਮੌਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੇਲ ਖਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਮੌਕੇ ਦਾ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲਾਭ ਉਠਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹਨਾਂ ਔਡੀਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਗੀਤਕ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਕੈਲੀਡੋਸਕੋਪ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਤਰ-ਮੁਗਧ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਗਾਇਕੀ ਦੇ ਔਡੀਸ਼ਨ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ ਖਿੱਚ ਸਨ। ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਸੰਗੀਤਕ ਸ਼ੈਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਾਈਸ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਜਸਬੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਓਡੀਸ਼ਨ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਤਮਕ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਯਤਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ।
ਈਵੈਂਟ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਡਾ. ਨੀਨਾ ਸਰੀਨ, ਮੁਖੀ, ਕਾਮਰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਨ, ਸਹਿ-ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੁਪੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਤਮ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਰੇਡੀਓ ਮਿਰਚੀ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਔਡੀਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਕਸ਼ੈ (ਬੀਸੀਏ-ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਾਲ) ਨਿਕਿਤਾ (ਬੀਬੀਏ- ਫਾਈਨਲ ਸਾਲ), ਸ਼ੁਭਾਗਨੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ (ਬੀਏ ਭਾਗ 3) ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਟਰ ਫਰੈਸ਼ਰ ਤੇ ਮਿਸ ਫਰੈਸ਼ਰ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਚੁਣਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦਾ ਸੁਚੱਜਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਡਾ. ਰਾਜੀਵ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ, ਡਾ. ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ, ਡਾ. ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਾ. ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਹਬੀਬ, ਡਾ. ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਗੌਰਵ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
