Blood Donation Camp held at M M Modi College
 
A Blood Donation Camp was oragnised by the NSS Volunteers at local M. M. Modi College. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Khushvinder Kumar, the Principal of the College. He spoke about the significance of blood donation in saving precious human lives. He appealed to the students to come forward to achieve the target of cent percent voluntary blood donation as desired by the Blood Bank Govt. Medical College, Patiala. A team of doctors led by Dr. Ramneek Singh and Sh. Sukhvinder Singh made arrangements for the collection of donated blood. 38 units of blood were donated by the volunteers and the teachers.
NSS Volunteers under the leadership of Dr. Rajeev Sharma and Prof. Harmohan Sharma, the Programme Officers participated enthusiastically. Nutritious refreshment was served to the donors.
