The sports persons of M. M. Modi College, Patiala have won Punjabi University Inter College Championship in Best Physique. Govt. College, Malerkotla team got Second Position and Govt. Barjindra College, Faridkot bagged the Third Position. The tournament was held at SGTB Khalsa College, Anandpur Sahib.

The sports persons of M. M. Modi College, Patiala have won Punjabi University Inter College Championship in Power Lifting (Men). Govt. Ranbir College, Sangrur team got Second Position and S.K.R. College of Physical Education, Bhagomajra got Third Position. The competition was held at SGTB Khalsa College Anandpur Sahib from Aug. 27 to 28, 2010.

The cadets of NCC GP HQ Patiala organized a Rally Save Energy. In this rally the cadets of 5 Pb. Bn, 3rd Air Squadran and 4 Girls Bn. participated. Principal M M Modi College, Patiala Dr. Satish Kumar Bhardwaj flagged off the rally from Modi College Chowk, while addressing the cadets, he advised to conserve/save energy by using CFL Bulbs and minimum use of ACs. A Blood Donation Camp was oragnised today at local M. M. Modi College, as part of 7-day NSS Camp. The Camp was inaugurated by Dr. Satish Kumar Bhardwaj, the Principal of the College.
